As you know, the team that keeps our building clean and safe and our condos valuable can always use a helping hand. If you are in Rosarito often and can give them cash tips, they are always really appreciated.
But, if you aren’t in Rosarito often or you keep missing somebody, you can use this page to send tips to one specific employee or to share among the team.

How It Works
- This page is set-up and maintained by the Weiss Family, Tower 1, Apartment 704.
- The team member will get your tip within 7 days of your sending it.
- The team member will receive 100% of the money.
- You will be emailed a receipt.
- A monthly report will be available at the HOA Office to maintain complete transparency.
